This isn’t another meal plan, diet hack, or quick fix. The Soul Nourished Journey is an immersive commitment to transform your relationship with food, your body, and yourself.

So much of life is spent cooking, cleaning, and asking, “What’s for dinner?” It’s easy to fall out of love with the process and slip into survival mode. This program is designed to change that. Together, we’ll repattern behaviors, bring joy and ease back into the kitchen, and create nourishing rhythms that align body, mind, and spirit.

Through an 16-week guided self-study paired with personal coaching support, you’ll experience a layered approach that combines:

  • Nourishment Coaching — practical strategies, soulful recipes, and tools to turn exhausted effort into effortless ritual.

  • Somatic Repatterning — release the stored stress, trauma, and habitual responses held in the body, and integrate healthier ways of being.

  • The Break Method — a results-driven system that rewires the unconscious patterns driving self-sabotage, burnout, and chaos.

This work is not about restriction, calorie-counting, or perfection. It’s about sustainable, embodied change — the kind that heals cycles, reclaims wholeness, and ripples across generations.

The journey culminates in an in-person retreat experience, where the practices and breakthroughs you’ve cultivated come to life in community.
